A simple Italian dish made solely from tomatoes with a hint of garlic. No need to buy ‘ready to make sauces’… and would taste as great as the classic restaurant food.

I have prepared this dish is literally less than 15 minutes! It’s a perfect meal when you feel not to make a heavy meal after a tiring day.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti-75gm

Olive oil -1tbsp

Tomatoes-200gm

Garlic cloves-2

Chili flakes- ½ tsp

Sugar- ½ tsp

Parsley

Salt & pepper

Method:

Boil, peel and blend the tomatoes.

Simultaneously, cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Set aside

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the garlic gently for few minutes.

Add chili flakes and cook for a minute.

Then tip in the tomato paste and sugar.

Simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.

Add salt and grounded pepper for the seasoning.

Toss spaghetti with the sauce.

Sprinkle over parsley and serve.
